Jiskta ESG provides automated environmental site assessments based on publicly available data published by the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) and Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS), the European Environment Agency (EEA), and NASA. This service is intended for preliminary risk-screening purposes only.
Jiskta is a data conduit, not a modelling firm or a certified environmental consultant. All outputs are derived from official, public third-party datasets. We do not modify, model, or interpolate source data beyond routine resampling and formatting.
Reports generated by this service constitute preliminary risk-screening data and must not be used as the sole basis for statutory CSRD disclosures or any regulatory filing without review and sign-off by a qualified environmental or ESG professional. Each generated PDF includes a prominent disclaimer to this effect.
This service is intended for use in connection with facilities located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and other regions covered by Copernicus CAMS and ERA5. Users seeking assessments for facilities in the United States of America or Canada should note that Copernicus CAMS data is available for those regions but at lower spatial resolution (0.75°) than for Europe (0.1°), and that US/CA environmental regulatory frameworks differ materially from EU CSRD requirements.
We do not restrict access by geography, but we make no warranty that the data is fit for purpose in any specific regulatory context outside the EU.
Report credits are prepaid and non-refundable once a report has been generated. Credits do not expire. Jiskta reserves the right to modify pricing for future credit purchases; existing credits are not affected by pricing changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jiskta and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service or any report generated by it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report credit(s) in question.
We store the addresses and coordinates you submit solely for the purpose of generating your report. Address data is retained in your account history to enable re-download of reports. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (Supabase — EU hosting, Paddle — payment processing).
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
